Stopover Lunch at Tarlac

It feels a bit odd being at Baguio Country Club without my family. Last Monday, I got a text from Angel, asking me if I wanted to join her and her family to  stay there for the week. Being pretty much free and wanting to get out of town, I just said yes.

Yesterday, on our way up, we had a stopover lunch at Tarlac. It was at this place called Isdaan. I've actually seen this before, but never really bothered to stop by. Anyway, we didn't really get to look around that much. But the place looked really festive.

The tables were inside these small huts surrounded by water.

Other than just being a restaurant, they had all these random fun stuff you could do. One of them was this game called "Tacsiyapo", where you buy glass plates, cups, even old television sets, and throw them at what target you want to hit it at, haha.

The wall says: For effective use of anger
Shout  "Tacsiyapo!" before smashing your plates atbp. Against the wall. Please refrain from using vulgar words.

We got to throw one mug each. Angel and I were aiming for the "professors and classmates" sign, but I ended up hitting "taksil", haha... Close enough.

So anyway, that was fun. More during the week. Next post, Baguio :)
